OVERVIEW
This course enables candidates to progress from Officer of the Watch (OOW) level to Chief Mate level. It combines academic training with practical maritime knowledge to meet international competency standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid OOW Certificate of Competency.
- Minimum sea service as required.
- Completion of required short courses such as HELM and Medical Care.
